Vragen: Every day in the life model
Where are the activities happening? Can your activity be done anytime, anywhere? What is the overall context you have to consider when supporting this? - Afspraak maken, kan overal. - Formulier invullen, kan overal. - Gesprek met adoptiegezin, bij het gezin thuis of telefonisch. - Formulier inleveren, zou online kunnen, op dit moment bij DOA. - Nazorgvergadering, bij DOA, zou online kunnen.
How long does the user have and does that lead to split attention? Is the activity in each place prone to random interruptions? Can your design let users pick up the activity quickly enough and be interrupted without losing progress? - Het formulier wordt vaak deels bij gezin in gevuld en daarna thuis afgemaakt. Hierdoor kan informatie verloren gaan.
What devices support the activities? Are they connected? How big is the screen? Do they have a keyboard? How can you overcome the constraints of the device available? How can you leverage unique features of the devicesâe.g., the camera on cell phones? - Elke nazorgvrijwilliger heeft een mobiele telefoon en laptop. Sommige een iPad. How can you help people celebrate their accomplishmentsâor anything they are proud of? How does the culture of the profession or people determine whatâs appropriateâso the celebration is professional and doesnât feel like bragging? Remember, sharing doesnât have to be solely through existing social media forums. How can you help people connect frequently? How can they share easily about things relevant to the target taskâno matter where they are and what device they use? - Opmerkingen plaatsen, chat functie?

Who is giving advice and support? What are their values and messages? If the usersâ parents are emphasizing responsibility and diligence, that becomes a focus for the user too. If there are go-to experts such as a mechanic, a knowledgeable uncle, or other informed person in the usersâ circles, can your product deliver value those experts will recognize?
