Na de visioning fase is er gekozen voor een concept. Dit concept is uitgewerkt in drie storyboards, zodat de verschillende flows duidelijk worden. Door het maken van een storyboard wordt voor elke betrokkenen visueel duidelijk wat het concept is, in welke omgeving het concept gebruikt gaat worden en welke functies er nodig zijn.
