In deze fase zijn usability tests afgenomen met nazorgvrijwilligers om erachter te komen of datgene wat ik bedacht heb, ook duidelijk is voor de eindgebruiker. Per prototype is gekeken wat de resultaten zijn en of het nodig is om met meer testpersonen het prototype te testen:
